Quiet and cozy atmosphere. Large and comfortable room with a stunning view of the surroundings. The spa services were enjoyable, and the staff was friendly and attentive. The onsen was also a relaxing experience that was perfect for the cold weather.
The breakfast was below average and lacked variety. The location was quite isolated, which made it difficult to find other restaurants or activities nearby.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel just outside of the city. The staff was friendly and approachable. The rooms were spacious and tidy, with a bench in the bathroom. The restaurants - French and Japanese were superb.
Nothing all good.

The luxurious amenities at this hotel were exceptional, from the top-notch Spa & wellness centre to the impeccable bar/lounge area. We enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and public bath, both of which were clean and inviting. the garden area was stunning, with perfectly manicured landscaping. the room was spacious and well-appointed, with exclusive advantages like a private balcony and plush bedding. the restaurant had a diverse menu with expertly prepared dishes, and the service throughout the hotel was impeccable.
The only minor issue we experienced was the infrequent shuttle bus, which made it difficult to explore the location advantages of the area without expensive taxis. this was a small inconvenience in light of the exceptional experience we had at this hotel.

During my xmas stay, I enjoyed the excellent French dinner at the hotel restaurant and the relaxing time at the Onsen, which was not crowded. the hotel also offers a shuttle bus service that takes you to and from the station, which is very convenient. the hotel is located in a beautiful spot that allows you to enjoy nature and the lake.
The poor breakfast quality and the western-style food selection, which was not worth the price. the staff's attitude towards foreign customers was questionable, and they even judged them based on their appearances.
